Talk to the thing before you talk to us

Three demos, no sales call in front of them.

Ask a made-up dental practice a real question.

Northside Dental

Fictional practice, real assistant

Demo
  1. Hi, this is the Northside Dental front desk. I can book you in, tell you what a visit costs, or get a message to the team. What do you need?

What this demo actually does
Engine
The same one we install for a client. Only the prompt and the price list change.
Cards
The form, the estimate and the times are real components, not markdown in a bubble.
Prices
The assistant picks the service, the practice's fee list supplies the number.
Limits
Ten messages a visit. Nothing is booked, and the confirmation text is simulated.

Five systems we have already shipped once

  • Construction contractor

    Ledger Pulse

Progress claims and month end for a contractor. Site data arrives on its own, the claim for each period drafts itself, variances flag before anyone signs, and the Excel and PDF pack downloads in one click.

    1. site data in
    2. claim draft
    3. variance flag
    4. approve
    5. export pack
A stack of claim paperwork with one page half pulled out.
  • Crew Ops

    Workforce of 100 plus

Rosters, certification expiries and timesheets from three systems that were never meant to talk. One dashboard, role based views, and a warning before a ticket lapses instead of after.

    1. HR export
    2. roster sync
    3. expiry watch
    4. role view
  • Appraise Assist

    Property franchise office

An agent types an address. The assistant drafts the appraisal pack from comparable sales and office templates, and renders a Word document the agent can edit and send.

    1. address in
    2. comparables
    3. draft pack
    4. render .docx
  • Sign and Send

    Property agency

A six field intake form becomes a merged contract PDF and an e-signature request, with a status timeline anyone in the office can read. Nobody re-types a name, a date or an address.

    1. intake form
    2. merge fields
    3. PDF
    4. signature request
    5. status
  • Clinic or service business

    Front Desk

The concierge that answers the phone and the chat: it qualifies the enquiry, books into a real calendar, quotes from a real price list, and texts the confirmation. This one you can try above.

    1. call or chat
    2. qualify
    3. book
    4. quote card
    5. SMS confirm

Rebuilt concepts of systems we designed and shipped in-house for previous employers. Names, data, and code are new. Details on a call.

Six steps, and you know the price at step one

Nothing here is a surprise you find out about in week three. Dates, money and handover are agreed before we write a line of code.

  1. Price it yourself

Pick what you need, set the revision rounds, see the exact US dollar total and the payment schedule. No form in front of the number.

    about 2 minutes

  2. Sign up with the quote attached

Your quote carries into the portal as it stands. The price is held for 14 days, so nothing moves while you think about it.

    quote held 14 days

  3. Kickoff call

The people who will build it are on the call. We go through scope, access, and the things that usually go wrong, then confirm the dates in writing.

    within 2 business days

  4. Deposit

Half up front on projects to ten thousand dollars, milestones above that. You see the whole schedule before you sign anything.

    50% to start

  5. We build, you watch

Progress, decisions and approved minutes sit in your portal. You are never waiting on a status email from us.

    portal, not email threads

  6. Sign off and handover

You accept the work, pay the balance, and the automations, the workflows and the accounts transfer to you that day.

code is yours on final payment

Why we built this

A cork pinboard in a small site office with rosters and a map pinned up, daylight from a window.

You talk to the people writing the thing. Every time.

For years we were the people inside the business, not the vendor outside it. We built the progress claims and month end system for a construction contractor, and the appraisal and document tooling for a property franchise office. One of them served a workforce of over a hundred. The other served a national franchise network.

It was the same pattern both times. Someone senior re-typing the same address into three systems, and a Friday that ran until nine. We were the ones who turned the plan on the whiteboard into the thing that runs at 6am, learned what actually breaks in production, and got tired of only fixing it for one company.

So we left. The clean room rule came with us: no code, no screenshots and no data from either employer comes anywhere near this. Everything you can click here was rebuilt from nothing.

The awkward questions, answered in advance

If yours is not here, ask it on the kickoff call or send it to hello@iautomatedev.com.

What hours do you work, and does that break my week?

We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 in Manila, which is UTC+8. That covers most of the Australian and Singapore business day, the early morning in the UK, and the evening before in the US. The booking page shows every slot converted to your timezone, so you never do the arithmetic yourself.

How do I pay, and in what currency?

Prices are set in US dollars and the US dollar figure is the one in the contract. The calculator also shows a dated estimate in your local currency so you know roughly what will land on your card. For now we invoice through Payoneer payment requests: you get a link and pay by card or bank transfer. We are registering the company and moving to direct business banking after that.

What is the payment schedule?

Half before we start and half on sign off, for projects up to ten thousand US dollars. Above that the work splits into milestones. Either way the full schedule with dates and amounts is on the quote before you sign anything.

Who owns the code?

You do, in full, on final payment. Everything we built for you transfers to you: the automations, the written instructions the AI runs on, and any accounts we opened in your name. Until final payment we hold the licence, which is the only lever we have if an invoice goes unpaid. We keep the generic patterns we wrote. We do not keep your data or anything specific to your business.

What happens if you miss the deadline?

The date on your quote is the date. If we miss it and it is our doing, the rush uplift you paid is refunded in full and you can cancel, paying only for work you have already accepted. If the delay is because we are waiting on access or a decision from you, the clock pauses and we tell you the day it pauses, in writing.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds are included. Rounds three to five are priced in the calculator before you buy, so there is no awkward conversation later. We do not sell a sixth round. At that point the scope was wrong, and we re-scope it with you instead of billing you again.

Are the demos on this page real?

Yes. The chat agent, the phone call and the automation run on the same engines we install for clients, pointed at a test account with made-up data, not a real client's. The five concept apps are rebuilds of systems we shipped in-house, not client work. Names, data and code are new.

Get the number first. Decide after.

Most agencies make you sit through a call before you find out whether you can afford them. You see the whole price here, and book us only if it makes sense.
